Gourmet du Village Mulling Spice, 100 g

Description

Whole Cloves, cracked Cinnamon, whole Allspice with Orange peel, no sugar just spice… A classic recipe, in fact, our very first introduced at our first Farmers Market in 1982. Follow our simple recipes, add wine or cider of your choice, heat on the stove, serve in heat proof glasses or mugs, decorate with a Cinnamon stick or slice of Orange, sip and enjoy.

Mulled Wine
– 750 ml dry red wine
– 15 ml (1 tbsp) Mulling Spice
– 50 ml (1/4 cup) sugar
– 250 ml (1 cup) orange juice
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, simmer covered for 30 minutes. Strain & serve. Makes 1 litre.
