Active Ingredients: Organic ginger extract (Zingiber officinale) (root & rhizome) standardized to 25% gingerols, equivalent to 340 mg ginger dried root / 20 mg, Gelatin, Glycerin, Soybean Oil. No added artificial colours, preservatives, sugar, gluten.

Directions:

Adults and children 6 years and over: take 2 capsules every 4 hours 1 to 3 times a day.

For the prevention of motion sickness, take a single capsule at least 30 minutes before departure and, optionally, every 4 hours as needed. Do not exceed 6 capsules a day.
