Order Processing

Once you submit your order you will receive an email confirmation. The confirmation email is forwarded to our fulfillment center for processing. Your order will be picked, packed and ready to ship within 2-3 business days. Order processing may take longer during high demand holidays.

Please confirm all of your order details are accurate prior to hitting the submit button.

Tracking number details will be sent on the business day they become available or the next business day.

Order Cancellations/Changes

Orders are sent to be processed when the confirmation email is sent to you. You cannot change or cancel your order once it has been sent to our fulfillment facility.


We ship to all Canadian postal codes with the exception of Quebec at this time. We’re so sorry for the inconvenience but we’re not able to ship to Quebec at the moment due to Bill 96’s French language requirements. We’re hopeful that we’ll be able to resume shipping orders to Quebec soon.

Shipping times are typical and are estimates.

Standard shipping: 3-5 business days in Ontario, 2-5 business days to all other Provinces – Cost $9.99

Express shipping: 1-2 business days – Cost $14.99

Free standard shipping for orders over $35 and above.

Express shipping: 1-2 business days (for orders over $35 and above)  – Cost $4.99

The estimated delivery times are for orders received and confirmed by 11AM EST, and based from when you receive the order confirmation.

Delivery times can vary depending on specific destination.


We do not ship outside Canada at this time.

We are unable to split an order into multiple shipping destinations at this time.
Please note that due to shipping regulations some products such as aerosols and alcohol based products such as hand sanitizer can only be shipped by standard shipping.

Remote locations:

This includes postal codes that are difficult to serve. Examples include the following:

  • Locations far from shipping hubs
  • Locations rarely served by shippers
  • Canada Post Air Stage Locations that receive mail via airlift at certain times of the year.

Customers located at remote addresses can only choose the Standard Shipping option. Please add and additional 3 to 6 business days for remote delivery. The shipping fee will be a flat $55 CAD per order. Specific locations considered “remote” include NU, NT and YK as well as postal codes that have two Zeros it them. FedEx and Purolator cannot ship to a Box number.

Your purchase is protected by our Norton Shopping Guarantee which can be viewed on each product listing, bottom left corner of our website or after checkout.


We can accept returns of most products if the package has not been open and the product is resalable. Products marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.

We do not have a return policy for used or opened products.

Should you have a product that is resalable to return, please contact us here within 30 days.

We do not offer return shipping unless there was a shipping mistake.

Credit card refunds will take 1-5 business days to post back to the credit card.

*Should any product have a warranty issue, not perform up to expectations or if you have a general complaint, please contact the manufacturer directly at the number on the packaging.
